Emergent Success, Inc. ("Emergent Success", "we", "our", or "us") takes the privacy of the users of our website very seriously. We provide this Privacy Policy because you have a right to know what information we collect, how it is protected and used, and the circumstances under which it may be disclosed. What This Policy Covers. This policy covers Emergent Success' treatment of personally identifiable information that we obtain when you visit our website (the "Site"). We regard personally identifiable information as information that someone can use to identify or contact you in person, such as real name, telephone number, birth date, email address, or physical mailing address ("Personal Information").
What This Policy Does Not Cover. This policy does not cover the privacy practices of third parties that we do not own or control, such as any partners or advertisers. In addition, we may provide links to other services and on occasion to other sites that may interest you. All of these sites operate independently of Emergent Success and they may have their own privacy or security practices. - Information You Provide
Comments and Inquiries. When you post a comment on our website or send us a message through our website, we collect your name and email address. If you submit a comment, the name given will be published along with your comment on our website, but the email address provided will not be made public. If you contact us via our website, both your name and your email address will be provided to the recipient of your message.
User Account Information. We also collect user account information for each project that you might work on through this Site, which will be password-protected. As such, when you register for a particular project on our website, you will be requested to provide your first and last name, email address, name of your organization, title, and office phone number. You will also be able to choose to provide us with your mobile number, facsimile number and home phone number. Your information submitted through the user account page will be accessible by authorized employees, clients, consultants and/or partners of Emergent Success assigned to your project.
Access To Your Personal Information. You may review, update, correct or delete your Personal Information by contacting our Privacy Director at the address noted above. If we include user account information as part of the Site, you will be able to access, correct, update, and/or delete your information that you submit to the Site; however, you will not be able to delete your account in its entirety without contacting the administrator of the Site.
- Information We Do Not Collect
Children. As explained further in our Terms of Use, available at www.emergentsuccess.com/termsofuse our website is intended for adults only. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information about children under 13 years of age. If you believe that we have information from or about anyone under 13 years of age, please notify us or write to our Privacy Director at the address noted above. If we become aware that a child under 13 years of age has provided us with Personal Information, we will immediately delete such information from our files.
Social Security Number. We do not ask for or require your social security number to use any part of the Services or to access any part of our site.

Log Files. Similar to many websites, we gather certain anonymous, non-personal information automatically and store it in web server log files.
