Kevin Buck, M.S. MFT, Principal of Emergent Success Inc., is a visionary leader responsible for the strategic direction of the company. He is currently a co-principal investigator in a national effort to eliminate MRSA infections in hospital settings with the Plexus Institute, the Center for Disease Control and the Robert Wood Foundation. Kevin has been engaged by top level executives and organizations to develop collaborative internal solutions that provide a clear framework for action and accountability. He has worked successfully with executives and their teams across such diverse organizations as: Boeing, Cisco Systems, Edison International, Fluor, Catholic Health Care Association, QuickLogic, The World Space Congress, and Physicians for Social Responsibility.
Previously, Kevin was Director of the Leadership Development Center for the Saint Joseph Health System, a corporate umbrella for thirteen hospitals in the western US. He also taught for twelve years at Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology and was a visiting professor for the Graziadio School of Business and Management in the area of executive coaching. Kevin is a licensed marriage and family therapist and previously had a successful private practice in southern California.
